Is my online transaction secure? Yes. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover,all processed by PayPal,one of the
world's largest online credit card processors. Identity Group doesn't ever see your private information, making the transaction even more
secure. PayPal's encryption technology is state-of-the-art, constantly monitored and upgraded often.
Do you accept orders by phone, fax or mail? Absolutely. While we prefer a written order, either placed online or by e-mail, we can help
you by whatever method is most convenient to you.
Can I make a special decoration request on apparel? Yes. While we cannot change the decoration standards of the Unified Brands family
of logos, we can generally personalize your garment any way you wish. Of course, your company guidelines still apply - so keep any
nickname requests in good taste! If you would like monogrammed initials, let us know. Whatever your need, we'll do our best to make it
happen! Just send us an e-mail, give us a call or, if you are ready to order, then place your order through PayPal and send us a note with
your order (there's a section for comments on the order form).
What if my garment doesn't fit like I expected? Once decorated, garments are not returnable unless there is some defect or quality
issue...so please be careful when ordering. If you're uncertain about sizing, give us a call or send us an e-mail. We've posted sizing charts
where necessary and, if you're still in doubt, please don't hesitate to call us here at Identity Group. We'll work to get you the information
Generally, items fit as you would expect. Some silhouettes are more tapered; others are more generous. The following general size & fit
scale is a good reference:
What if there is a defect to my garment or premium item? No problem - we'll replace the item quickly and efficiently.
The prices are clearly stated on the web pages....but what does shipping cost? Prices include the decoration and set-ups. Shipping will
be added to your finalized order - the PayPal shopping cart will outline the charges for your review and all charges will be clearly presented
prior to your actually authorizing charges to your card. Our shipping schedule is as follows:
Order sizes of $20.99 or less = $5.50 shipping
up to $44.99 = $7.50 shipping
up to $99.99 = $9.50 shipping
up to $199.99 = $11.50 shipping
$200.00 and higher = $15.00 flat
We've worked hard to keep shipping costs low, but it's a reality that it costs quite a bit to ship a single garment. However, it's also true that
adding additional itesm doesn't add too much more expense...so talk with your fellow associates and place your orders together. You'd save
considerably on freight.
How long will it take before my order ships? Orders are processed immediately upon payment receipt and generally ship within
10-working days or less. In many cases, rush services are available at no additional cost. If you are working with an event date, please note
your in-hands date on your order.
